Kathy Greenand Graham Varley were elected as Churchwardens.
Annual Meeting
1. Report on Changes in the Electoral Roll since the last Meeting
Ian Burns reported the new Electoral Roll had 112 names, the same number as last year. There had been 5 additions and 5 deletions.
2. Annual Report on the Financial Affairs of the Parish and Audited Accounts for
the Year ending 31st December 2016
Tim Jackson presented the Accounts whichare attached to these minutes together
with his slide presentation. The Accounts were endorsed by the Meeting. The Annual
TrusteesReport based on the Audited Accounts will besubmitted to the Diocese.
3. Churchwardens Report
Kathy Green reported on behalf of both churchwardens. Their report had been
circulated beforehand. Kathy thanked Julie for all her work over the past year.
4. HartfieldChurch Trust Report
Tim Jackson reported on the Trust’s position on behalf of Robert Jackson and
His slidepresentation is attached to these minutes.
5. Children & Families Work
Katrina Thomas reported on the Children and Families Work. Her report had been
circulated beforehand. Her presentation is attached to these minutes.
6. Rector’s Report
Julie presented herRector’sVision which is attached to these minutes.
