To sign up for a club:

1. Check the box for the club in which you are interested.

2. Parents must sign the permission form.

3. Return the permission form to your teacher.

4. Students will be enrolled in the club on a first come first serve basis.

5. If the club is full when the permission form is returned the student will be

placed on a waiting list.
