HAILEY BENTON TO HEAD TBS HUMAN RESOURCES
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — (Nov. 10, 2014) Recently recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Oklahoma, TBS Factoring Service is taking human resources to a new level, with the hiring of employment attorney Hailey Benton as Human Resource Director.
Benton, who has a law degree from Pepperdine University, joins TBS from the law firm Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP, in Los Angeles, where she specialized in employment law and managed daily operations of the firm’s flagship office.
Benton succeeds Kathy Koch, who helped build the culture that resulted in TBS being ranked #2 in the okc.BIZ 2014 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma, has taken a similar position with TBS-affiliate Truckers Bookkeeping, where she will be helping to manage the tremendous growth in that compliance and permitting operation.
