  1. Use the login credentials to access the HCP Ad-board

-The link to the website is:

-Enter user name <email>@sanofi.com and password

  1. Ad Board View –

The landing page after logging is the Ad board page that contains the list of programs where you can add new programs or modify existing programs. The table shows the list of all the Ad-board programs with details like event date, location, type, brand and other details. The user has the option to sort or filter the list on based on these headers.

  1. Add a New Program :

The user can click on the link ‘New’ button present at the upper left side of the panel and all the details including the Program name, date, venue, type, brand etc. can be filled. Click on ‘Save’ to add the program to the list.

Click on ‘Cancel’ to abort the procedure. Upon saving the details, the new program is added and is visible in the list on the homepage.

  1. To Delete or Edit a Program, the user can click on ‘Delete’ or ‘Edit’ respectively. In case the user chooses to edit details, he/she must click on ‘Save’ for the changes made to be reflected in the list of programs.
  1. Add / Delete Attendees:

Click on the arrow present to the left of the ‘Edit /Delete’ button to see the details of the selected program. The attendance roster is empty. Type at least 3 letters or as many letters of name as possible. Do not press enter. In approximately 3 seconds, the list will appear. Double click on selected name. Repeat until all names are added.

  • Delete an attendee:

Click on the ‘Delete’ present to the left of the Name of the attendee.

  • Add an attendee:

Click on the ‘New’ present on the upper left side of the list of names of attendees. A new row appears above the old list of attendees. The user can add the details for the attendee in this new row. Dropdowns automatically appear as the user starts typing the details.Click on ‘Save Changes’ to add the details.

Reminder: If an HCP is already invited to a program on the same dates (+-2 days), their name will NOT show up within your search

  1. HCP View -

Click on ‘HCPs’ button present on the upper right corner to view the list of HCPs with their details.You can also see the count of programs an HCP has been invited to and the count of programs that an HCP has attended.

  1. Add new HCP to the list of HCPs-

Click on ‘New’ present on the upper left-hand corner of the list and add the details when the dashboard appears.

  1. Edit the details or Delete from the list of HCPs –

Click on ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ respectively to modify the details or delete a record. In case the user chooses to edit details, he/she must click on ‘Save’ for the changes made to be reflected in the List.

  1. Attendance ReportView -

Click on ‘Attendance Report’ button present on the upper right corner to view the Attendance Report.

  1. User Guide –

Click on ‘User Guide’ Present on the upper right-hand corner to download the User Guide.

  1. Click on Icon and choose settings to change your password.
