  1. This declaration is valid for all articles delivered at present to the Groupe SEB companies, and for those delivered after signature of this declaration.
  1. On Groupe SEB’s request, analyses could be done by an independent laboratory on materials or components not selected or procured by the seeking company of Groupe SEB.
  1. The added materials and components using an exemption under RoHS (cf. annex III of the European directive 2011/65/CE and its modifications) are listed in the following table:
