15. All our products are guaranteed by both the manufacturer and by GCS Supplies Inc. The
warranty period for OEM products is 90 days from date of purchase. The warranty period
for compatible toners is 2 years from date of purchase. Any defective product or product
that was shipped incorrectly will be replaced at no cost to the customer and picked up via
UPS or Fed ex. in a timely manner. Products must come back in their original box.
16. No export charges apply.
17. There are no terms and conditions for government purchase card acceptance.
18. There are no rental or maintenance agreements, all products will be replaced if defective.
