Check-in time for all rooms is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00am. Rates do not include the current 12.00% lodging tax.
Room rate includes On the House Hot Continental Breakfast & High Speed Internet Access.
Reservations:
Method: Rooming list will be provided. Only Roxann Langlois, Haley Sweet and Steve Cainas can add or make changes.
Cut off Date: After May9th, 2014, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only.
Method of Payment:
Payment/BillingCorporate card will be provided for all room and tax charges for all guest. Individuals are responsible for all incidental charges. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival or the credit card on their reservation will be charged. No show reservations will be charged a one night’s room and tax to the credit card on the reservation as well.
Guestroom Attrition:
This contract is based upon occupancy of total room nights. AS SPECIAL CONSIDERATION, THE GUESTROOM ATTRITION CLAUSE HAS BEEN WAIVED.
The guestrooms willnot being held from the hotel inventory without a signed contract. The undersigned are authorized to agree to the above terms and conditions as outlined, and commit to making this agreement definite and binding. Please indicate your acceptance and approval of the terms of this contract by signing and returning by .
Force Majeure
The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, terrorism, complete curtailment of transportation, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible to substantially perform this Agreement. In such an event, prompt notice shall be given by the party canceling pursuant to this section. The party seeking cancellation of performance under this provision must exercise due diligence and take all reasonable steps to avoid, remove and overcome the effects of the force majeure event.
