All workshops cover contemporary research-based Cognitive Therapyas well as CT-compatible approaches where relevant such as Positive Psychology and Mindfulness-Based CT. Most clinical topics are based onDSM-5 criteria.Trainingis designed to fulfilthe requirements of the Psychology Board of Australia, the Australian Association of Social Workersand Medicare for active CPD.
