People and Leadership Skills (PLS) Workshop to commenced on the 14th and 15th October 2017
This is to keep you informed about the details of PLS workshop conducted by AAT Business School.
As per the requirement of the new syllabi introduced by AAT Sri Lanka with effect from July 2015, the People and Leadership Skills (PLS) module under the Training Capstone was introduced to build crucial ‘work floor’ competencies of learners, with the aim of making them fully fledged members of AAT. The PLS module allows learners to reflect on their Experimental Training and Learning (ETL), the 2nd module under the Training Capstone, whilst developing more efficient and effective people and leadership skills.
A Passed Finalist can apply for Membership of AAT upon successful completion of the PLS Workshop along with 1 year practical training experience. The PLS Workshop is conducted by the AAT Business School as a 2 full-day training session for which further information, registration and payment information is mentioned below.

15th October 2017 Out bound training 7.00am – 6.30pm

Day 2–Dampe Village Piliyandala (Transport provided from the AAT Centre, Colombo 05 and back)
Investment:Per person - Rs.5,500/-

CancelationStrictly NO refunds. The payment can be transferred to the next batch for cancellations received 10 days prior to the Workshop, subjected to formal provision of valid reasoning.
CertificationFollowing the successful completion of this 2 day programme a ‘Certificate of Participation’ will be awarded, along with feedback and recommendation on their individual performance.

In-house Session will be held at the AAT Auditorium (or a similar facility), utilizing the Multimedia Projector, PC/Laptop, Sound System, Air Condition and Chairs.

AAT Business School will obtain the services of reputed and qualified external Resource Persons with subject and industry expertise to conduct the training programmes.

Printed Lecture notes will be provided by the AAT Business School.

Smart Casual (Business School wishes to welcome students properly dressed especially not clad in slippers to maintain decency in a classroom.)
