Frazer, Pennsylvania – Founded in 1997 by three project management professionals with extensive military backgrounds, Greencastle Associates Consulting, LLC was established with the sole purpose to assist service companies in the execution of specific business plans to facilitate the achievement of their business objectives.

But it is the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) model, which stresses rapid deployment and assessment in critical operations, with a major emphasis on teamwork that Greencastle has adapted so well to the business world. One specific engagement involved the thorough re-examination of a client’s entire revenue stream, from customer acquisition, through billing, posting and general ledger. The result was a greatly improved receivables picture, netting the client a savings of $12 million.

During another engagement involving a Fortune 500 company, Greencastle implemented a control center that resembled a military “war room”. It resulted in the quick processing of information, rapid decision-making, and the synchronization of the company’s business operations.
