Please notify the Grand Royal Matron in writing no later than May 1st, 2016 if you will be unable to attend any part of the Grand Court Sessions.

Grand Lecturer and Assistant Grand Lecturers:

Please return your Syllabus to the Grand Secretary.

Grand Floor Officers:

Honoured Ladies, please wear white gowns and full fingered white gloves.

Sir Knights please wear dark tuxedos, white shirts and black ties.

Please memorize your Opening Charges and know your ritualistic floor work (pages 234-250) as well as the Memorial Service and Ceremony for Draping the Altar (pages 253-261)

Grand Officers and Committee Chairmen:

all Reports, Addresses,Welcomes and Responses must be typed, double spaced, in triplicate, with one copy placed on the desk of the Grand Secretary the first day of Sessions no later than 8:00 am

May 15th 2016.

No report may be given unless it is in the hands of this Committee.
