VET NOTES: THE COMPETITOR UNDERTAKES NOT TO BRING ANY HORSE TO THE SHOW WHICH HAS AN INFECTIOUS DISEASE, WHETHER NOTIFIABLE OR NOT, OR WHICH HORSE THE COMPETITOR COULD REASONABLY BE EXPECTED TO KNOW HAS OR MAY HAVE AN INFECTIOUS DISEASE. THE COMPETITOR UNDERTAKES TO WITHDRAW THE HORSE FROM THE EVENT (WITH FORFEITURE OF THE ENTRY FEE), IF SUBSEQUENT TO ENTRY IT SHOULD DEVELOP, OR SHOULD CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE UNDER WHICH THE COMPETITOR CAN REASONABLY BE EXPECTED TO KNOW WHAT THE HORSE HAS DEVELOPED OR MAY DEVELOP, ANY SUCH DISEASE OR ABILITY TO SPREAD SUCH A DISEASE.
NOTES:
1. Catering will be available.
2. Current DSA and SAEF rules shall apply.
3. The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine and restrict classes.
4. Telephonic entries or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted.
5. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
6. No non-resident dogs allowed at the show grounds.
7. Riding times will be available on Friday before the show
8. A horse must be ridden in the warm-up and in the ridden classes by the same person.
9. Spot checks will be done to check bits, tack etc. Passports must be available for inspection on request.
10. The use of cell phone is forbidden when riding a horse at the show grounds.
11. A stallion must have a yellow identification disc in his bridle.
12. THERE WILL BE NO AMBULANCE,ONLY A PARAMEDIC ON CALL
