The above registration form constitutes a firm commitment to TÜV Rheinland (India) Pvt. Ltd. Cancellations of registrations / nomination(s) are not accepted. However, changes of nomination(s) / substitutions at last minute are accepted. Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment / declaration on payment. Pre-registration and prepayment is essential for participation. Fee includes cost of certificate, course material, lunch & coffee / tea etc. Registration will be accepted on “First Come First Served’ basis and upon receipt of payment. This is a non-residential programme. Delegate fee is non-refundable. Exact venue will be intimated by TÜV Rheinland (India) Pvt. Ltd. on receiving the confirmation from the participants.
