Pursuant to the Selection list submitted by the Chairman Class-IV Recruitment Board District Bandipora for issuance of formal appointment orders vide above quoted reference, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of below mentioned candidates of Bandipora District as Assistant Stockmen in the pay scale of Rs:- 4440-7440+ Grade Pay 1400/- admissible under rules.

The appointments shall be subject to the following conditions:-
1. Each appointee shall have to give an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit to the effect that in case of any adverse report against him/her with regard to prescribed qualification/D.O.B and Character and antecedents received from Police (CID) J&K, necessary action under rules shall be taken against him/her and he/she shall be liable for termination.
2. All the appointees shall be on probation basis for a period of (2) years and their regularization shall depend upon their satisfactory performance.
3. All the new appointees are directed to join within a period of 21 day’s from the issuance of this appointment order positively, failing which the department is at liberty to cancel their appointment orders under rules and substitutes in their places shall be appointed from the panel of waiting list as already published through the selection notification.
The concerned D.D.O are directed to allow the joining of newly recruited candidates only after production of following requisite certificates and submit these to concerned quarters for verification and authentication of genuineness of certificates.
1. Academic Qualification Certificate.
2. Matriculation/D.O.B Certificate.
3. Permanent Residential Certificate.
4. Relevant Category Certificate (in case of candidates belonging to reserved candidates.
5. Medical fitness certificate
However, the salary of newly appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed unless and until they produce the certificate with regard to character/antecedents from the Police authorities and No Loan Certificate from Department of Industries and Employment Exchange.
Moreover, the District Sheep Husbandry Officer Bandipora is directed to depute all the newly appointees (Assistant Stockmen) at Sheep Breeding Farm Poshnar/Hardshiva on rotational basis for 3 months practical training and draw their salaries after receipt of attendance from respective Farm officer,
