3. I was actually and not merely constructively in camps on any Sunday and other holidays during the period for which daily allowance have claimed.
4. I was not on C.L. or any other type of leave or any other days for which daily allowances have been claimed.
5. The distance by the road for which daily allowances have been claimed are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
6. The journey were performed by the shortest and cheapest route and expeditiously as possible.
7. The journey were performed by the interest of public service and no government transport was utilized for the journeys for which road mileage allowances have been claimed.
8. The tour performed by me as per the log book and item of the concerned vehicle.
