The tenders for the work “People’s youth programme initiative on youth & sports infrastructure development” (Const. of breast wall for youth stadium at Eidgah, Astore) were scheduled to opened on 11-05-2018 is hereby postponed and now to b opened on 22-05-2018.

2. No tender will be sold by post or on the date of opening of the tenders. The details of work etc. can be seen in the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division GB PWD Astore on any working day during normal office hours.

Terms & Conditions:-

The tender form will only be issued to those contractors / firms on produce of 2% call deposit (Earnest money) in the name of Executive Engineer B&R Division GB PWD Astore.
Attested copy of renewal fee receipt for the year 2017-18 with GBPWD (Works /Power Department) will be produced.
Affidavit duly attested for no sick projects or no litigation will be provided by the firms / contractors other then District Astore / other then GB, the same will be verified later on.
The firm/contractors stood 1st lowest in any of the bidding will not be entertained in other projects i.e. the financial bid will not be entertained.
If found fake the bid will be cancelled in addition to legal action and the case will be forwarded to PEC for cancellation of his registration.
Un-complete /faulty/conditionally tender will be rejected.
No power of attorney will be accepted and no subletting will be allowed in any case.
The NIT/Tender forms will only be issued to those contractors / firms having relevant PEC code/renewed for 2018.
The bidder quoting his rates less than 10% below from engineering cost estimate will deposit the difference amount in shape of CDR along-with tender / bid, if failed his bid will not be entertained.
Tender form will issued to only those contractors for participation in open bid who will be fulfilled the above conditions.

3.The GB PWD Authorities reserve the right to accept any responsive rates as per PEC Rule.
