Gordon May’s Cattery
Daily Rate Payment may be made by Cash, or cheque: Single cat lodge £9.00, Double £15.00, Treble £20.00,and four £25.00. For reasons of hygiene we are no longer able to accept bedding brought with your cat(s). (Bedding will be provided.). No booking will be confirmed until this form has been returned - signed and completed. A small non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking.
We provide Whiskas, Felix and premium dry food, special dietary food is at an extra charge
CATS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED. DO ENSURE ALL VACCINATIONS ARE COMPLETED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, OR BOARDING WILL BE REFUSED.
No responsibility is taken for loss, escape or sickness of any cat whilst at the cattery, or during the transport to and from there, nor for any of the owner's property which is brought with the cat(s). In the event of any cat becoming ill, treatment will be charged for. All boarding fees and expenses which may arise must be paid in advance, or before the cat(s) leave the cattery. In the event of any cat not being collected and the boarding fees due not being paid within a reasonable period, the cats(s) will be considered as abandoned.
CATS ARE ACCEPTED FOR BOARDING ONLY AT OWNERS RISK CANCELLATIONS: 50% WHOLE PERIOD BOOKED WILL BE CHARGED UNLESS 3 WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN.
Please note: Day of arrival and departure will be charged for. Gordon May’s reserve the right to refuse to board any animal which is not suitable for boarding. If your cat is to be collected by someone else then we must be notified by the owner. The person collecting your cat must have your password - if they do not your cat will not be allowed to leave the cattery.
As the owner of the abovecat/s I agree to the above terms, which apply to this and all subsequent stays at GordonMay’s Cattery.
