There WILL be an official measurer. Judge Scott Stock is a VMO. If the “Will dog need to be measured?” says YES and you do not have a valid permanent height card or valid temporary measurement slip or you will have be measured by the Official Measurer. DO NOT RISK A Q – GET MEASURED BEFORE RUNNING. It is now the exhibitor’s responsibility to get their dog measured and to know the jump height card rules. AKC will check this data and you will lose a Q if you do not get measured before running. The Jump Height Card rules are in EVERY PREMIUM – please be sure you have read them and understand them!
You may request move ups by emailing them to , via facsimile transmission to 888-521-1706 or in writing to Fast Times at 125 Hope Road, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724-3008. VERBAL MOVE UPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED. If you are entered in multiple trials, you need to send a separate move-up request for EACH Trial AND EACH DOG.
TIMETABLE
Thursday – WORKER SETUP INSIDE between 2-5 pm. Non worker setup between 4-5 only. Building will be closed after 5 PM – NO OUTSIDE ARRIVALS OF RVS OR EXHIBITORS BEFORE NOON ON THURSDAY
Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Site is open 6.30 a.m.
7:00 a.m. – 8:00 am Measuring. ALL dogs without a valid height cards (held again before the second novice class).
7.00 a.m. Worker check-in Please check your name on the worker schedule at volunteer table. See schedule for start times
FRI-SAT-SUN SITE WILL BE CLOSED AND LOCKED within 1 hour after the last run each day. No access to the building after closing-no exceptions. The club is subject to a fee of $120.00 per hour after the trial hours.
DIRECTIONS TO SHOW –
From 322 headed West:
Take 322 through Mullica Hill, Turn left on 322 at Harrison House Diner, Continue approx. 6 miles toward Com Barry Bridge. Take exit for US-130 South, Pass under gray lift bridge and look for park entrance 1/4 mile on the right at High Hill Road intersection
From Philadelphia
Follow I-95 to the Commodore Barry Bridge Exit. The Route 130 construction is still on going. Once you cross over the Commodore Barry Bridge, the new detour has you taking the exit for Route 130 NORTH, then exit immediately to take Route 322 West as if you are going back over the bridge and THEN exit for Route 130 South.
From the South:
295 North over Del. Memorial Bridge. Continue on 295 North toward Trenton for 11 miles. Take Exit 10, Center Square Road Turn left and go approx. 1.5 miles Turn right on 130 North approx. 1 mile. Look for park entrance on the left at the High Hill Road intersection
From the North
295 South toward the Del. Memorial Bridge. Take right fork onto US-130 South toward Bridgeport/Com Barry Bridge. Go 2.1 miles. Continue on 130S. Pass under gray lift bridge and look for park entrance 1/4 mile on the right at High Hill Road intersection.

For those with conflicts, you are asked to please walk the courses with an EARLIER height group if the conflict would mean you can’t walk with your height class. You can also run at the end of the earlier height group or at the beginning of your height group instead of at the end. We realize that handlers with multiple dogs will have some conflicts. Please be sure and mark and/or notify the Gate stewards in BOTH RINGS that you have a possible conflict

TRIAL SITE RULES
§ NO DOGS ALLOWED TO “POTTY” IN THE BUILDING. Failure to observe this rule is subject to a bench hearing and immediate excusal from the trial for the balance of the trial days.
§ NO DOGS OFF LEASH INSIDE OR OUTSIDEexcept in the ring or practice jump areas.
§ Because of the tight quarters - No exhibitor chairs, crates, or coolers allowed in Main Ring area except where noted below. Handicapped exhibitors will be given signs for their chairs that list the classes/jump heights that they are running in. Chairs must be folded up off to the side during other classes/jump heights. There is plenty of seating in the bleachers which does offer the best viewing.
§ No x-pens in crating annex unless approved by the trial chair.
§ No exhibitors allowed in the restricted private horse boarding / Polo Barns area – please read the posted signs..
§ SITE WILL BE CLOSED AND LOCKED within 60 minutes after the last run each day. No admittance to the site after that time
§ PARKING: Loading and unloading ONLY in front of the main entrance. Do not leave your vehicle unattended in the loading and unloading area. No Parking in this area. All vehicles, trailers, vans, and RV’s must be parked in designated areas; NO “DAY PARKING” FOR RVs ALLOWED. NO RVs allowed to park in the front car parking area. RVs can only park in the back designated RV area. Vehicles not in compliance with parking rules will be towed away at the owner’s expense. Fire Marshals require that no vehicle may be parked within (75) feet of any building, pavilion, or tent, or in roadways surrounding such, in order for emergency vehicles to have access at all times.
§ Limited Handicapped car/van parking please arrive early to obtain a spot.
§ Township rule: Unleashed animals will be subject to capture and/or fine and removal from Dream Park by Logan Township or Gloucester County Animal control. Fine is $50 per occurrence
§ Please be considerate of the public restrooms. Trash cans are placed there for proper disposal of paper products.
§ SORRY – Dogs are not allowed in any restrooms at any time. Please crate your dog or have someone hold your dog for you while using the restroom.
§ YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOR DOG. Please carry the appropriate supplies and keep the trial site clean.
Hotels: Dogs should not be left unattended in the hotel. Reports of barking dogs left unattended in the hotel OR OTHER BEHAVIOR DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE BY THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT MAY be subject to a bench hearing. You must clean up after your dogs at the hotel.
SOJAC High-in-Trial Awards: SOJAC will be presenting 8 High-In-Trial Awards.
Ø Awards will be presented at all levels novice – masters & novice – masters preferred.
Ø Scoring will be cumulative over all 3 trial days & winners will be announced Sunday as each level finishes.
Ø Scores will be used from STD & JWW classes only
Ø ALL competitors entered in STD & JWW are automatically eligible with no additional entry fees.
Ø All jump heights will be competing together at each level for High In Trial.
Ø Scores will be determined by qualifying runs plus seconds under course time.
Highest Cumulative Score wins!!! High-In-Trial Winners will receive a check for $25.00 and a "High In Trial" Rosette.
PLEASE NOTE: It is very important for those with judge changes DURING a jump height to make sure they run under the CORRECT JUDGE. If you have a conflict, you need to make sure that you get to that ring while your judge is still judging that part of the jump height. If you do not run under the correct judge then your will forfeit any Qs obtained. Judges will not wait or come back to judge a dog that has not run during that judge’s part of the jump height.
