Thank you for agreeing to serve the national ministry of OAFC as our Board of Directors for the 2014-2015 school year. As you've heard, we're in the process of transitioning from the Nokomis office to the home of Pastor and Rebecca Nehrt. In order to do this, officially, we need to have a special meeting of the Board, officially accept a motion, receive a second, and take a vote"to resolve that the OAFC registered agent be changed from nathan Ruppert to Rebecca Nehrt and that the OAFC business office be transferred from 501 W. South St. Nokomis, IL to 1665 Hookdale Ln, Smithboro, IL - along with all of the processes necessary to accomplish this."

Rather than requiring a special teleconference, I believe that we can do this meeting over email and so get this done ASAP. I here therefore make the above motion and will accept the first email response (please REPLY ALL) as a second. As soon as this is received I will send a second email calling for a vote. All those in favor will REPLY ALL in the affirmative, all those opposed will REPLY ALL in the negative.

A quorum for official action is 6 members of the Board. I pray we will have more responses than that. Such a motion requires 2/3 majority vote. I will make a copy of the emails and compile them as the official minutes of this special meeting. Please respond before Wednesday. Thank you and God bless.
