ISSUE:
Terex has become aware that the PT-110 model CTL’s (within the serial number range listed above) are not displaying the regeneration information, as well as the “Auto Idle” function not working properly. Terex has developed new software to correct these issues. Failure to perform this update will result in the regeneration information not being displayed properly and the auto idle to not work properly.
ACTION:
Contact a Terex dealer as soon as possible to arrange the free download of new controller and display software.
CONTINUED USE:
Machines can be continued to be used as is but Terex highly recommends that you schedule this repair as soon as possible.

Supplemental Information to Dealer/Technician for Bulletin PN050
Instructions
Complete the update within 60 days of customer receipt of the product notice. Download the Plus+1 service tool, if you do not already have it. For detailed instructions reference section 19 of the PT-110 service manual. Then go to the Terex Construction Support website and click on Terex Service tool downloads, click on Track Loaders, and download and save the three files listed below. After the files have been downloaded to your computer, you must download the Main Control and Display files to the machine. Reference the attached pages for detailed instructions.
To complete this bulletin you will need the communication cables part #’s 2076-108 and 2076-109. These parts are considered necessary shop tools, also to be used for other jobs and diagnostic purposes, and will not be reimburse under warranty.
