64-0802 THE FUTURE HOME.

503Say, "Remember me in prayer, Brother Branham. I want to be there so bad! I--I don't want to miss it, Brother Branham. I--I'm checking, I'm doing everything I can, but pray for me now, will you?" God bless you.

504While you're thinking of it now, just pray, say, "God..." It's in your own heart. See, if you feel something tug, tingling at your heart, that's what it is. It's that attribute trying to declare itself.

65-1206 MODERN EVENTS MADE CLEAR BY PROPHECY

106 Rebekah didn't wait to get the second order. They asked her, said, "Will you go?"

107 "Let her say."

108 She said, "I'll go!" She was firmly inspired of God. She become one of the queens of the Bible for acting upon the pulsation of the Spirit of God that moved upon her to receive what was absolutely the truth, and she believed it.

65-1126 WORKS IS FAITH EXPRESSED

185 Samson, caught out one day (off guard) in a prairie, and here come a thousand Philistines upon him. And he looked down on the ground, and there's where a mule had died, and he picked up the old jaw, jawbone, dry as it could be, and took out after those Philistines, beating them over the head with this old dry jawbone of a mule, and as far as I know, not a tooth ever fell out of it. And them Philistine helmets was probably a inch thick ('cause they beat one another with war clubs in those days), to keep a man from beating them on the head. But he took the jawbone of that mule and beat down a thousand Philistines, and the jawbone never broke. He just kept beating them, like that, as they come up. So, the rest of them took off for the rocks, see, they was getting away from him. Why? He believed it!

186 Sometime, to show you,... I want to tell you something else. Work on that pulsation, that spare of the moment, like Joshua did, like Mary Magdalene, all those. Just that moment when something is revealed to you, grab it. Hold to it, that spare of the moment.

187 Yes, it was revealed to him. He went to meet these thousand Philistines. Now what do you think when those Philistines said, "Now, look, coming there, that little shrimp; only about four feet and a half tall, to begin with; with seven little curls hanging down his back, like mama's little sissy, see; come along there with a jawbone of a mule. And look at us, what a great army we are! Isn't that ridiculous?" But what was he doing? He was expressing to those Philistines what had been revealed to him by God. He grabbed the jawbone and took off, because that's what He put in his hand; He put that in his hand, that's what he believed: he could do it! And by doing so, he was expressing to those Philistines what God had put in his heart to do.

52-0224 BELIEVING GOD

134 Now, look. Oh, I just love this. Listen now. ... God, who quickened the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. Do you know what? How did God make the earth, this earth that you're setting on this morning? People don't want to believe in faith. How did God make the earth? He spoke it. Amen. You see it? He spake, and the world come into existence. And this world this morning is the spoken Word of God, and He believed His Own Word. Here it is. Watch it. And if God, and you're a offspring of Him, and God is in you, He'll believe His Own Word. Though it can't be seen, felt, taste, or anything, He'll believe It. See what I mean? For God in you will believe His Own Word. Is that right? Then you don't look at things you see. You look at things that God said.

150 And I know this, that some of us has more faith than others, and those who have abundance of faith are supposed to pray for those. But if you don't live the right kind of life, you better leave away from it; the devil will laugh at your prayer. But when you live right, and do right, and act right, and have faith in God, Satan will tremble when you speak, 'cause God swore under obligation He'd take care of that prayer. That's true.

151 Now, listen. Abraham now an old man (Oh, I'll hurry through.)--an old man now, well-stricken in age, hundred years old, God had done give him this son about sixteen or eighteen years later, maybe--maybe a hundred and eighteen, twenty years old... He said, "Now, take him up and destroy him."

And Abraham staggered not at the promise. Listen at this. He was like God; he had a part of God in him, for he believed. ……

153 ….. "Being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body." Don't consider your sickness; consider what God said about it.

155 If I had considered mine, when Mayo Brothers told me, "You're finished," I'd have been finished. But I didn't consider my body. I didn't consider my sickness. I didn't consider what they said. I considered what God said.

But when I was blind, going around here with glasses on, couldn't even get a haircut; take my glasses off in the barber, and my head would shake. I'd have to set down, let him cut somebody else's hair awhile, then get back in the barber chair and try to cut mine. What if I would've considered it? But I didn't consider the blindness of my eyes when I learned of God.

157 When the doctor told me, "One mouthful of solid food will take your life."... When I pulled up... My mother's setting there as a witness. They was giving me barley water and strained prune juice; I lived on it for a year nearly. And they said, "Well, one mouthful of solid food would kill him."

I just begin to read the Bible and found God in my soul. And I read in there where it said, "Whatsoever things you desire when you pray, believe you'll receive it."

There'd never been a prayer said at our table. I remember dad setting on the corner there. I said, "Can we pray?" Mom looked over and started to cry. Pop didn't know what to do.

I said, "God..." I had the Bible laying on the table; I said, "If I die, I'm coming home trusting You. Your Word said this. I've got to either consider what the doctor said or consider what You said. I've took his word for a year and I ain't no better; I'm getting worse. I'm not considering what he said any more. I'm considering what You said." And I asked the blessing.

161 We had beans, and corn bread, and onions. I took a dish-full of them out and started eating them. The first bite went into my stomach liked to killed me. I had to hold my hand over my mouth to keep it from coming back. And it kept coming back, and I'd swallow it down, come back, I'd swallow it down. But I didn't consider my stomach. I considered what God said about it, not what I felt; it was burning me up.

I went out on the street, and was walking down the street like this, the water running out of my mouth. Said, "How do you feel, Billy?"

I said, "Wonderful."

Days passed; weeks passed; still walking, standing down in a ditch with my stomach...?... and holding my hand like that, tamping like that, singing, "Oh, how I love Jesus." Lay it down and throw some more dirt in, holler, "Oh, how I love Jesus." Just belching that food up, coming back, so swimmie-headed I could hardly work.

Said, "How you feel this morning? Billy, you sick?"

I said, "No, I feel wonderful."

Then later on when I testified, somebody said, "You lied then."

I said, "No, I never. I wasn't talking about these senses here in the body; they're dead. I reckon Christ for my...?..." I said, "I was taking what He said, and I felt wonderful about it."

There you are. Consider not your own body. Consider not the diseases, for they are of the devil. Right. Consider God's promise.

56-0722 ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO HIM THAT BELIEVETH

E-18 Now, just simple trying to hide behind some kind of a church doctrine instead of coming out and saying, "You ain't got no faith." That's all. Satan never received the Holy Ghost; he ain't got nothing then to give you faith. It's God that's got the faith. And just as you're filled with God, you're filled with faith. If you're the Son of God, you're like God. He just speaks the Word and it creates itself. His Word's the creative power. How'd the world come here? He made it out of things which was not. He just said, "Let there be," and here it is. He believed His own Word.

E-19 And this dirt that you're setting over tonight is just a creative power of Almighty God, the creative Word. That dirt is the Word of God made manifest. Say, "Amen." [Congregation says, "Amen."--Ed.]...?... Yes, sir. The very dirt that you're setting upon tonight there, is the Word of God. Amen. That post standing there is the Word of God made manifest. I'm here tonight because the Word of God made manifest. Amen.

Oh, my, don't that just give the devil a black eye. Oh, it sure does. It's the Truth; It's the Word.

63-0728 CHRIST IS THE MYSTERY OF GOD REVEALED

136 But the only way that you can actually be a Christian is for Christ to identify Himself in you. How we got some, a stinger there! I hope everybody on the tape gets that, too. See? See? See? You say, "I'm Pentecostal." That don't mean a thing.

137 It's Christ identified in you. That's when He has recognized you.

Say, "I spoke with tongues." Devils does, too.

138 "I shouted." The Mohammedans, Buddhas, and everything shouts. The Indians scream at the snake dance. See? Sure. They all do. Cults, clans, and everything else, scream and holler. They holler and shout at a baseball game.

139 But when Christ is identified in you, identifying Hisself, then you are Christ-like. Which, the word Christian means to be "Christ-like." There is your identification. All right. Now, and since He is our identification, then we should be identified with Him, by living for Him.

235 You say, "Well, I'm a Lutheran. I'm a Baptist. I'm Presbyterian." That don't mean one, don't mean [Brother Branham snaps his finger--Ed.] that to God, not a thing, not a snap of your finger.

236 What is it? It's Christ being revealed, and He is the Word. And when the Word is revealed, It expresses Itself. See? That's God's purpose for Jesus Christ, was to express Himself, to take His Own laws and live by His laws, con-... and fulfill His law, by death. And Christ, God, died in flesh, in order to condemn sin in the flesh, that He might bring to Himself a glorious Bride, redeemed back, that will believe only in the Word of God; and not swap It, like Eve did, for intellectual conceptions of man. You see it? That's Christ's idea. That's God's idea. The new Birth reveals this.

237 And if a man says he is born again, and try to place these promises of Christ, in this last days, to some other age, making Him Christ yesterday but not today, then that man or that person has been in a--a delusion by Satan. And if that man says that he believes That, and it doesn't manifest itself through him?

239 So it's Christ expressing Himself in the individual, whether he's intellectual or whether he's--he don't know his ABC's. Half the apostles didn't know it, see, but they knowed Christ. They never taken heed to Peter and John, knowing that they had been out of some seminary. They said, "They taken heed and noticed that they had been with Christ," when they healed the lame man, see, at the gate. They knowed they--they had been with Christ.

240 The new Birth is Christ, is the revelation. God has revealed to you this great mystery, and that's a new Birth. Now what are you going to do when you get all that group together, where the revelation is perfectly in harmony, and God expressing it through His Word by the same actions, the same things that He did, making the Word manifest! Oh, if the Church only knew its position! It will, one day. Then, the Rapture will go when it knows what it is. Now notice.

241 You say, "Brother Branham, but that--that ain't..." Oh, yes, it is, too. It is the Truth.

242 Did you notice? Paul never knew Jesus, physically. Paul never knew Him. The only way that Paul knew Him was by a revelation, by a vision. Is that right? [Congregation says, "Amen."--Ed.] Paul only knew Jesus by the revelation, just like Peter did.

243 Peter had seen Him in flesh, but he didn't know Him by flesh, 'cause Jesus said so. "Flesh and blood didn't reveal it to you. Even My Own life didn't reveal it to you. But My Father which is in Heaven has revealed the thing to you, that He is the Word of God, and upon this rock I'll build My Church." Peter didn't know Him by flesh. Man walked, and handled Him, and everything else.

250 But the only way you're saved is by know Him by revelation!

251 If I can take, I can take the Presbyterian doctrine and tie you Pentecostal till you won't know. I can take the Baptist doctrine and show you Pentecostals a million things that you know nothing of. That's right, but that's not it. That's not His Church. That's not His Church.

252 His Church is Himself revealed, (Amen! Do you see it?) and expressed by the Word Itself, that He is God. See?

254 And you--and you Jesus-only people, just using the name "Jesus" for baptism! I'm personally acquainted with four or five Jesuses, myself. So you see what your denominations lead you into? That's the darkness, the expression of Cain, who brought fruits in the stead of blood. See?

255 But the revelation come through the Blood, see, through Jesus Christ, Who is the Blood of God, creative Blood in the womb of Mary. And Paul knew Him by revelation. That's how we know Him today, is only the only way you could know Him. Not say, "I'm Methodist." That means nothing. "I'm Baptist." That means nothing. "I'm Catholic." That means nothing. But by the revelation, that God has revealed the Word to you! He is the Word. And the Word, how you know It's revealed, It lives Itself and expresses Hisself through you. Oh!

63-0803e INFLUENCE

22 And even Christians today, who claim to be Christians, and smoke and drink, and--and cheat, and buy on dishonest. While we... Why, it's no wonder that Christianity is at one of its low ebbs at this time. It's the influence that the church people has--has placed upon the men that hasn't yet received Christ. Men wants to maintain their testimony and then live any way they want to.

23 But that's the reason the Holy Spirit is such a--a--a definite must in this day, because It is the One that lives your life. You don't live it yourself. It's Christ in you, then, after you have received the Holy Spirit. And, and if He doesn't have the preeminences in your life, then you just remember, you haven't received the Holy Spirit. Cause, if He is in you, He'll live His Own Life. You're no more your own. "You are dead, and your life is hid in God, through Christ, and sealed by the Holy Ghost." So there is no way at all for you to be yourself no more, what you were.

60-0925 THAT DAY ON CALVARY

15-3He was just one Man, the perfect Man. He gave His life, and He made an example for you. Now, what must we do. Now, the first thing I want to say is: Jesus never lived for Himself. His Life was spent for others. That's perfectly Eternal Life. When you say you go to church and you do good things, that's fine. But when you live your life to yourself, you haven't Eternal Life. Eternal life is living for others. It proved it when He come in the Lamb of God. He lived and had Eternal Life, because He did not live for Himself. He lived for others. And you receive Eternal Life by receiving that day, and you don't live for yourself no more. You live for others.

15-6Someone said, "How can you stand and let anyone call you such bad names?" You don't live for yourself. You live for others that you might redeem that man. You become sons. And the trouble of it is that the church has forgot they were sons. You are sons. You're taking Christ's place. You are sons; so don't live for yourself; live for others.

"Well, Brother Branham, I can live for this brother because he sure is a nice man." That's not it. Live for that man who hates you. Live for that person who'd kill you if they could. That's what they done to Him. They killed Him, and He died that He might save them. That's Eternal Life. When you--that's in your bosom, you're facing heaven then. But you sacrifice your own things, give them up like the sheep gives its wool. You look on towards Calvary.
