Task:Develop a sustaining training curriculum with the training team so that staff changes are addressed with adequate support.

Criteria: Immediate or periodic training is available to users of the system.

Task:UTO develops training plan for its staff

Criteria: The training team provides logistical support for this training effort to train UTO staff.

Progress: Meets: Li is supporting the updating of the SA TRN environment. In the next six months, Li should finish the document that outlines what must be done before, during and after updates to the SA TRN environment. Li must also manage the Admissions, Gportal and EPM curriculum – including discussion with Paul the scheduling of classes, monitoring the classes and evaluating the classes and updating materials as needed.

Task: Learn one area of PeopleSoft so that you can participate in future needs assessment activities and develop a training plan for that module.

Progress: May require Coaching: No training plan has been developed to date. In the next 6 months, Li should develop a training plan, review with Paul and execute to it.

Goal: Grow Professionally

Task:Continue to master tools of trade.

Criteria:You can apply educational technology tools better and produce greater quality deliverables.

Progress: Meets: Li shows great taste in producing training materials. His simulations and graphics are very, very good!

Task: Provide monthly updates on progress to supervisor.

Criteria: Tasks completed illustrate an improving mastery of PeopleSoft functions, instructional design and publishing technology.

Progress: May require Coaching: Li has not submitted a progress report in the last six months. There was not a clear expectation of this as the team transitioned to its new structure. In the next six months, Li should submit monthly progress reports.

Task: Demontrate an outstanding Work Ethic

Criteria: Be in attendance during agreed upon hours. Only use ASU resources for ASU business, actively look for and volunteer for areas to improve communication and support of ASU’s use of PeopleSoft.

Progress: May require Coaching: Li should review with Paul his official start and end and lunch schedule and be meticulous about meeting those times. Li should limit his personal use of ASU resources to an absolute minimum (a common guideline would once a day or less, only as needed). Li should actively find and volunteer for value-added projects that help ASU use PeopleSoft and should accelerate the rate at which he completes projects.
