  • team baskets are in good shape –push event to your teams, family and friends
  • last month bagels – admin and deans office
  • need help with post prom committee – set up from 8p-11p; 11p -2a after event (Saturday May 14)
  • Tuesday – March 9 – music and athletic boosters receiving donation from class of 1965 at boys basketball game halftime

2015-16Booster Club Meetings – Second Monday of Each Month at 7:00 pm in Rm 250

2015-16 Board Meetings: 3/14, 4/11, 5/9, *6/20

  • Bob DiFino needs help with money tent / admissions gate– booster treasurers will help again this year

Golf Outing: June 2016 – tentative last day of school – June 3

  • Competitive winter – some teams advancing through regionals and sectionals
  • Solid winter for teams competing
  • Going into 2nd semester last year over 20 kids ineligible due to not passing 5 classes; this year down to 3 kids

  • Received new squares that take chip cards
  • Working with Pepsi to get sales tax returned

  • Need pics by Feb 12 – have to take pictures and get loaded to auction site
  • D’Wayne getting the word out to school
  • Bob DiFino taking care of advertising
  • Out on marquee; printed on concessions
  • $0 from $80 ticket prices comes back to boosters – this is just to pay for the event
  • All money is made from auction
  • Silent auction open to anyone

Membership Report – Ellen & Maureen

  • Only 2 members in winter – up to 206
  • Girls soccer wants to start charging entrance fee – all other schools charge for games

Concessions Report – Sammie

  • Keep calling Sammie or John Thornton when running low or out of supplies
  • Try to be proactive before an event of how many hot dogs
  • Reminder no students in concessions without an adult – students are not allowed to handle money or run concessions – can only work – in an emergency find a school rep – athletic directors or other school representative
  • Field house key missing again – decided to keep key upstairs only

Apparel Report - Dan

  • Talking to coaches to buy sweatpants and shorts for spring sports
  • Most of the websites are similar – the one we have now appears to give back the most
  • Possibly sell at middle school graduation
  • Working on new window decal
  • Yard signs? Checking on it

Social Media – Cindy

  • Working with Coach Marketing to continue building new website

Community Liaison – Tim

  • Working on new ideas that can be worked with intranet
