/ Day 1 / Students will learn how to be creative by putting together an obstacle course. / Warm-up-Walk around the gym 5 times
Purpose: While working together, students will use their thinking skills to create an obstacle course.
Instructional Process: Students will: understand the importance of working together with others while expressing individuality and creativity. Teacher will: demonstrate how to work together.
Activity:I will chose a few students to create an obstacle course for the class. I will give them about 5 minutes to do so. They will use jump ropes, cones, tunnels, hopscotch pieces, hurdles, etc. After the obstacle course is complete, I will let a student demonstrate how to navigate through. Then I will let the class navigate through the obstacle course.
Closure: Ask students what parts of the obstacle course they like/dislike.

Day 3 / Fitness Day / Warm-up-5 laps around the gym floor (half court)
Purpose: Students will understand the importance of being physically active.
Instructional Process: Students will: understand the importance of being physically active. Teacher will: demonstrate different exercises that helps them to stay active.
Activity:We will use a dice and activity cards with different exercises. I will have one student roll the dice and the other pull an activity card. For example, if the student rolls a five and the other pulls jump jacks as the activity, the students will have to do 5 jumping jacks.
Game of bowling-Teams/10 bowling pins
Closure: Ask the students what different activities/exercises they do to stay active.

Day 5 / Choice Day / Choice Day-Students choose which activities/games that they would like to participate in. (throwing and catching, basketball, etc)
