Terms, Conditions, Rules, and Regulations

10th Annual Gingerbread Competition

Friday December 9th and Saturday December 10, 2016

1. Applicant agrees to submit Gingerbread House entry as listed on the Application form.

2. Applicant display space is one-half of one six-foot table. Additional services must be discussed at the time of application.

3. Applicant will provide own electrical source as needed (electrical cord, extension cord, power strip).

4. No candles or open flames.

5. Entry fees must be paid in full upon signing this application. All entry fees are non-refundable.

6. Applicant shall set up Gingerbread House display at the designated set-up time and shall not disassemble or close until after the

event has closed to the public on the last day of the celebration. If at any case, the applicant’s display and materials fail to arrive in time for the event; the applicant forfeits entry fee.

7. Displays of questionable content or any hint of pornography will not be permitted under any circumstances.

8. By entering the event premises, applicant consents to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on

web sites, or any other purpose by HolidayFest, their affiliates and/or representatives. By entering the

event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any of these materials whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, audio

or video recording. All photography, audio and/or video recording made during the event by Holidayfest of Sumner County, their affiliates and/or representatives becomes sole property of HolidayFest of Sumner County

9. Applicant releases HolidayFest of Sumner County, their affiliates and/or representatives from any and all claims of liability, loss or damage in connection with their participation in this event, including but not limited to, damaged or lost property or merchandise, personal injury, any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damage, whether resulting from negligence, accident or any other cause.

Houses will be Auctioned at the St. Nicholas Ball on Saturday December 10, 2016
