Get Fit Great Falls is an all-volunteer organization whose mission is to encourage people to make healthy food choices and to become more active, so Abby’s appearance matches the GFGF objectives. Research shows that this generation of youngsters, for the very first time in the USA, is not expected to live as long as their parents. Poor eating habits and lack of physical activity have contributed to high rates of obesity, which in turn create secondary chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, hip and knee problems, etc… Get Fit Great Falls shares information and encourages healthy habits.
