- Calls starts 7/9 and calls will be made to local businesses for SVMFL 2013 Program Guide.
- Program guide will include all other vendors Logos or list of sign vendors as sponsors

Meeting Updates:
- Going forward two monthly General membership meetings will be held the second and last Tuesday of every month (Exception is July 9th and 23rd as combine conflicts with last Tuesday – 30 th as stated above) Eboard to meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7pm then General meeting to begin at 8pm.
Head Coach updates:
- Jamie Lamson of the Saints officially resigned to George.
- Greg Sioch wants to rescind his resignation. Resignation already accepted by e-board.
- Hope to give list of players from last year to Tim
- Scott to update new players in Registration system
By Laws and Form updates:
- Establish start date for season and enter into bylaws
- Confirm updated bylaws
- Update Head Coach Form online – add line for 1st assistant in the forms

- John Evjen not allowing any changing of teams for team colors this year. Can be revisited in the future.
