Technical Sales Representative

Job location: Central Poland

For the growing Agrochemical business in Poland, the company is looking for new team members in the Technical Sales Representative Group; seeking tohire a dynamic, talented and willing to learnTechnical Sales Representativeto be based in central Poland.Mission: Under the supervision of the Country Manager, you will be responsible for the development of sales in your territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To have full sales and technical service responsibility for clients & territory. Set objectives, develop and implement action plans for territory;
  • To regularly visit farms, local distribution, conduct farmer meetings, organize and follow up on demo trials and give technical advice for correct and optimal use of DAS products in order to generate demand and sales;
  • To initiate and implement promotional actions (symposia, round tables, exhibitions, deliver samples, direct mailings) for territory;
  • To analyze market situations, define and communicate market trends and present market opportunities;
  • To report on a regular basis on business and technical situation, product performance, complaints, competition;
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to end users in the evaluation of pests, soil conditions, product selection, application method and application timing for DAS products;
  • Develop relationships and work within trade organizations to promote the sale and use of DAS products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Agronomy or other related discipline;
  • Willingness to work and develop in Sales
  • Knowledge of field trials and the practical skills in plant protection is the advantage;
  • Ability to manage and sell technical service oriented products;
  • Independence to reach set sales objectives;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Team spirit to interface with the rest of the team;
  • Good command of English;
  • Readiness to travel frequently across the given region;
  • Able to work “remotely” most of the time;
  • Clean driving license B category.
