JOB SUMMARY (Brief Description) / As a member of our sales and marketing team you will be responsible for growing our markets, across a broad geographic area, in the sale of our radical new Beacon hardware.
You will champion sales activities for an exciting new wave of technology led-solutions to clients of all levels. You will offer technology solutions in mobile marketing, proximity marketing, indoor positioning and enterprise software.
You will have a background in sales for SaaS (Software as a service), or a mobile marketing agency/digital marketing agency background. Previous success in selling Beacons is desirable but not essential.
You will carry the first contact with our potential customers and partners, lead exploratory talks, analyze and filter relevant information, and present our Beacon hardware options.
You will use your natural sales instincts, sound business acumen and technical aptitude to prospect clients, forecast sales and close the deal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
1. / Finding and developing prospects, assessing opportunities, pitching the Beacon hardware, forecasting sales volumes and closing new business.
2. / Develop and deliver outbound prospecting plan to identify the key decision makers based on GCell defined target markets.
3. / Evaluate and remove unqualified opportunities out of the pipeline early in the sales cycle, and determine which accounts should be run through the sales process to close the deal.
4. / Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding GCell Beacon products.
5. / Educate and influence our prospects of the capabilities, benefits and competitive advantages of GCell Beacon products.
6. / Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads to increase customer interest in GCell Beacon products, updating our CRM database as required.
7. / Be friendly, warm, and helpful in all customer communications.
8. / Represent the company actively during exhibitions, events, presentations where required.
9. / Provide feedback from the market on the technical performance requirements and feed this into the GCell product strategy to keep us ahead of the game.
10. / Working with Marketing to generate strategic plan and all related documentation and communications.
11. / Comply with G24 Policy at all times, including and not limiting to:

SELECTION CRITERIA
Candidates will be judged on the basis of the following criteria and their application should address each point to show how their experience and skills meet the criteria.
ESSENTIAL
1. / Proven sales experience in SaaS (Software as a service), or a mobile marketing agency/digital marketing agency background.
2. / Experience selling to, presenting to, and building relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
3. / Persuasive and compelling negotiation, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. / Self-starts; confident, able to handle ambiguity and hit the ground running with moderate direction provided.
5. / Self motivated, enthusiastic, hungry to sell and the need to succeed is essential.
6. / Strong problem solving skills.
7. / Good networking skills.
8. / Enjoys and is willing to travel globally.
9. / Determination to succeed and drive our company forward.
8. / Eligible to work in the UK.
DESIRABLE
1. / Previous success in selling Beacons.
2. / Understanding of industry trends, omni-channel marketing, ad networks,
3. / Established agency, consumer brand and digital/mobile contact network relevant to advertised position.
