Registration Terms and Conditions

Cancellations/Substitutions/Refunds

Cancellations received on or before January 12, 2018 are eligible for a 50% refund of original registration fee. No refund will be issued for any cancellations made after this date.

Deadline for substitutions is January 12, 2018.

To cancel or substitute your conference registration you must email the registration team at on or before January 12, 2018, using the confirmation number, registered attendee name, and email address that was initially used to register. A confirmation or cancellation email will be sent to the email address used during the registration process.

Admittance Guidelines

A valid photo ID and business card is required to retrieve your badge at the event. Adaptive Insights reserves the right to deny admittance to anyone who has registered under false pretenses (e.g. companies or attendee names that do not exist) and to retain the conference registration fee for these registrations. Adaptive Insights reserves the right to refuse registration and admission to any individual, at its sole discretion. Conference attendees will be required to wear conference name badges at-all-times.

Consent to Receiving Communications; Publicity

By registering for the event, you agree that Adaptive Insights, and its partners and service providers, may periodically send you messages with information relating to the event, some of which you may not opt out of receiving. By attending the event, you acknowledge that Adaptive Insights and/or its agents may photograph and record video and/or audio of the event, and you agree that Adaptive Insights may use, reproduce, publish, display and distribute your image and/or likeness, and your voice, as well as your name, picture, job title, employer/business, and photograph at the event (collectively, your "Image") and in connection with any advertising or promotional content, program, or material for Adaptive Insights, including by posting on its public website, or for any other lawful purpose. No remuneration will be made to you if Adaptive Insights uses your Image. You also understand that your Image may appear in photos of the event taken by or made available to you, other attendees of the event, and the public, who may retain and further disseminate those photos to others.

Attendance of the event is at your own risk. Adaptive Insights disclaims and shall have no liability for any loss, damage, cost, claim or penalty of whatsoever nature, including any consequential damages however arising out of or in connection with the event.

California law will govern these terms, as well as any claim, cause of action or dispute that might arise between you and Adaptive Insights, without regard to conflict of law provisions. FOR ANY CLAIM BROUGHT BY EITHER PARTY, YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT AND CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN, AND THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF, THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED WITHIN SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
