Report Time

The Group members need to arrive 3 ½ hours before the start of the event/game. Example: for a 7:15 p.m. game, arrive at Busch Stadium by 3:45 p.m. Follow the volunteer check in procedures and then report to your assigned stand by 4:00 p.m.Example: For a 1:15 p.m. game, arrive at Busch Stadium by 9:45 a.m. Follow the volunteer check in procedures and then report to your assigned stand by 10:05 a.m.

Number of Representatives

The Group must commit to at least four 4 games during the season. Should the Group cancel for any reason, the Group must reschedule for another available date (if available). Sportservice reserves the right to cancel the Group without penalty.

The Group will be required to provide a minimum of 12 trained stand volunteers per event. Failure to provide the minimum number of volunteers may result in termination of this Agreement. Sportservice management must approve any deviation from these minimums 72 hours (3 days) before event check-in time. If the Group is unable to meet the terms of The Agreement, i.e. total number of volunteers and/or attend scheduled events. The Group may be required to forfeit any previously scheduled events subject to management discretion.

The Group will be required to submit in writing e-mail or fax, three days (72 hours) before each game, a roster with respective volunteer names telephone or cell phone numbers of those who will volunteer the game.

Cancellations

In the event of unexpected event low attendance, Sportservice reserves the right to cancel your scheduled event participation within 48 hours (2 days) notice. Every effort will be made to reschedule your Group for another event.

If the Group is forced to cancel its scheduled event date, Sportservice must be notified 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled event, to avoid the Group being charged. Sportservice reserves the right to charge a Group $125.00 for calling off a schedule event date within the 72 hours notification. In addition should your Group not show up for a scheduled event without informing us within the time required, the Group shall be charged $250.00. The fee shall be deducted from any other of your Group’s event scheduled event dates. Failure to notify Sportservice may result in termination of this Agreement or in the Group’s dates moved to back up status.

Financial Term

  1. The Group represents that it is a tax exempt, charitable or not-for-profit entity and that the members who will be performing services for the Group are volunteering their time without individual compensation or benefit.
  1. The Group is required to furnish a copy of the Internal Revenue Service letter with the Federal Identification Number and Group Name.
  1. The Group will receive a donation equivalent to 8.5 % of the net sales for all games. Net Sales means Gross Sales generated by the Group less sales tax. Groups pre-approved to manage their assigned concession stand will receive an additional 1%. All donations will be calculated on an inventory basis and cash/inventory shortages will be deducted from the Group's donation. The inventory is required to be conducted jointly by Sportservice and a Group representative at the start and at conclusion of each event. A Group member must sign the inventory sheet at the conclusion of each Inventory Verification.

4.The Group shall have 15 days from the date of receipt of the commission statement from Sportservice to inquire about its donation amount. All inquires must be made in writing with written documentation to support the inquiries. Sportservice shall, in its sole discretion, determine the sufficiency of the support submitted. All paperwork to properly and successfully operate the stand, must be completed in its entirety before consideration will be given to any concerns.

5.The Group will be assessed a $1.00 per person uniform processing fee. The fee will be calculated at the

conclusion of Fundraiser check-in and the deduction taken from that games proceeds.

6.Groups who show up with at least twelve volunteers (minimum required) will be guaranteed to earn at least $250 (minus any cash and inventory shortages, which may occur).

7.If the group provides less than the number of volunteers required for the stand the donation will be subject to:

(a)A reduction of $70.00 multiplied by the number of associates that we must add to the stand in order to bring the service up to a minimum standards.

(b)A loss of commission revenue generated by the sales of the terminals operated by non Group members.

(c) Commissions donated will be divided by the number of volunteers in the stand times the number of volunteers provided by the group.

(d) The Group will earn commission at the rate of 7% for operating the terminal.

8.In the event the Group fails to provide the number of volunteers they committed to on the roster provided, the commission donation will be reduced by 1%.

9.The Group may earn over $2000.00 in additional Bonus Money:

(a)Group earns $100.00 for every month the Group volunteers 4 games.

(b)Group earns $100.00 for referral of Groups who fulfill the Agreement.

(c)Balance within .005% Group earns $100.00 every 4 games within each month

(d)Earn$100.00 for Groups who volunteers 50 or more games.

Bonus (es) will only be given to groups in good standing (fulfilling the requirements of the Agreement).

10. The Group will receive credit for all spoilage merchandise if approved by Sportservice management.

  1. Sportservice will mail the commission check to the group 25 days after the conclusion of each event.

Bonus (es) earned will be paid within 30 days.

All checks will be made out to the Group, not an individual.

  1. .5% OF GROUPS EARNINGSwill be assessed at the end of the season based on the roster and sign in sheet

attendance, i.e. roster has 12 names and 12 volunteers sign in and work the game. .5% for each game this applies to will be added to the commission at the end of the season. (Group must be in good standing).

Compliance with Liquor Laws

The Group will ensure that:

(a)Each of the duties listed must be performed by the Group members who satisfy the applicable minimum age requirements. The minimum age requirements are in accordance with laws of the State of Missouri concerning the dispensing, selling and/or handling of alcoholic beverages.

(i)Any Group member volunteering as a bartender (including sales of wine or mixed alcoholic beverages) must be at least 21 years old.

(ii)Any Group member only pouring beer from a spigot into a cup at a concession stand must be at least 21 years old.

(iii)Any Group member selling beer or other alcoholic beverages to customers in the stands must be at least 21 years old. All stands have the potential for alcohol sales.

(iv)Any Group member volunteering as a server and delivering alcoholic beverages to customers must at be least 21 years old.

Any deviation from the foregoing will result in immediate termination of the entire Group, forfeiture of all donations otherwise payable hereunder and possible criminal penalties that might be assessed by the State of Missouri, county and/or city enforcement or police departments.

(b) All Group members must bring proof of age to each event. Only valid state driver’s licenses, military identification or identification cards issued by a state Bureau of Motor Vehicles to non-drivers shall be accepted as proof of age. If a Group member fails to bring such identification he or she will not be permitted to volunteer and that Group will not receive credit for him or her in computing payments hereunder.

(c) All Group members will abide by the Sportservice work rules, and policies that are printed in the Fundraiser Training Manual. This includes theAlcohol Policy, Uniform Policy, Responsibilities of Associate Handling Customer Credit Card Information Policy, Building and Event Regulations. The Manualis provided to each Fundraiser Group Leader via e-mail, and it is the Group Leaders responsibility to share this Manual with their volunteers.

(d) All Group members will complete the Sportservice training program yearly, which will include alcoholic beverage and food preparation and handling training.

(e) All Group members will comply with all laws and regulations relating to the handling and service of food and alcoholic beverages, including but not limited to the following:

At the time of sale of alcohol, all Group members shall:

Proper Identification: Any guest who appears to be 30 years of age or younger must:

1.Show a valid, state photo driver’s license

2.Show a valid MISSOURI or ILLINOIS ONLY state photo ID card (Revised 3-15-09)

3.Show a valid military ID card

4.Show a U.S. passport

ID must be issued by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to non-drivers (expired driver’s license, college ID’s, military ID’s and other forms of ID may not be accepted) for the expressed purpose of verifying that the customer is at least of the legal age of 21 years to permit the service of alcoholic beverages. Under no circumstances shall any customer under the age of 21 be served an alcoholic beverage;

(ii)Inspect the driver’s license or identification card presented by the customer;

(iii)Compare the description on the driver’s license or identification card with the appearance of the customer for physical features such as height, weight, hair and eye color. Check for date of birth; and

(iv)Serve no more than two (2) alcoholic beverages per person at any one serving.

(f)In the event of any violation of any of the foregoing subsections, the individual fundraiser will be terminated immediately and the Group will be subject to possible further disciplinary action up to and including termination. The Group shall reimburse Sportservice or Sportservice’s Landlord for any fines, penalties or costs assessed to Sportservice for any such violation.

Uniform Policy

The appearance standards for Sportservice at Busch Stadium include:

  1. Uniform shirt worn tucked in pants. A clean solid black, or white, (No Printing or Pictures) short-sleeve t-shirt may be worn under the uniform. Also a long sleeve black t-shirt,(No Printing or Pictures) may be worn under the uniform shirt.
  1. Sportservice-issued pants are to be worn hemmed or pinned-up to an appropriate length for your height. Another option is to supply your own black, cotton twill pants comparable to Sportservice-issued pants, which have no more than two side pockets at the waist and two back pockets at the hips, subject to management approval. Pants, capri pants and shorts are to be worn at the waist. Do not tuck pants into socks or taper and roll up. No jeans, sweat pants, or stretch pants will be allowed. Black shorts are optional and can be purchased from Sportservice, at the cost of $20.00 per pair. Another option is to supply your own black cotton twill shorts or capri pants comparable to the Sportservice purchased shorts which have no more than two side pockets at the waist and two back pockets at the hips, subject to Sportservice approval. Shorts must be no longer than the knee and no higher than six inches above the knees. Cargo pants or any other type pants with more than four (4) pockets will NOT be allowed. You must wear closed toe, closed heel rubber-soled flat slip resistant shoes. The entire foot (top, side, back) must be covered. No clogs, slippers or sandals allowed. You must wear socks that are visible above the shoe. Jewelry must be limited to one ring or wedding on one hand only. Your earrings should be no larger than a quarter and two pair of earrings may be worn in the ear lobe only. No bracelets or watches are to be worn. Necklaces and chains that are worn must not be visible to our guests. No pierced or other type of facial or body ring is to be worn.
  1. You must wear your ownplain, solid,BLACKbelt when appropriate. Suspenders are not to be worn with the uniform.
  1. All Group members must wear matching baseball hats or visors while working in the concession stand. The Group may wear the organization’s professionally silk screened or embroidered baseball hat or visor, or purchase a Sportservice baseball hat or visor for volunteers at the cost of $5.00 each. Baseball hat or visor advertisement must reflect the official name of the Group. The Group baseball hat or visor will be subject to prior approval with Busch Stadium management and consistent with Sportservice policies. Sportservice does not loan hats or visors.
  1. Waist packs are not to be worn at any time.
  1. Check all bags in the linen room. No large bags will be allowed in the concession stands. Personal belongings can be carried in a small bag or handbag. Bags or coolers may be subject to search by management security as you enter, or leave the Stadium or other times as deemed necessary. Bags or coolers must fit into the security checkpoint box or they will not be allowed in the Stadium. Outside food may not be brought in to be prepared for personal consumption
  1. During cold weather only, a Sportservice-issued jacket may be worn over the uniform. When wearing the jacket, the sleeves must be worn down to the wrist, with ID badge transferred to the right collar of the jacket. A long-sleeved black t-shirt only (no turtle necks) may be worn under the uniform shirt.
  1. Hair should be neatly trimmed, and of a natural hair color. Volunteers with shoulder length or longer hair must wear it pulled back or pinned up. Hair must not block eye contact with guest. Ribbons, clips, bows, headbands, barrettes, and other accessories must coordinate with the uniform and meet management approval. Facial hair must be clean-shaven. If a beard or mustache is worn, it must be neatly trimmed and well kept.

9.Nails should be clean, neatly trimmed, and conservative-colored nail polish may be worn. Conservative colors are defined as light pale pinks, reds, beige and white, subject to management approval. Decals, studs, designs, etc. are not acceptable on fingernails

10.Use of tape players, head phones, radios, televisions, cell phones, beepers or other personal communications equipment is not permitted at any time. Clips or holders of any type are not to be visible. If you need to be contacted while on duty, please leave the Sportservice phone number 314-345-9100 and you will be notified.

11.Do not chew gum.

12. Smoking is not allowed on the property of Busch stadium or at any time once you have checked in.

13. Group members will not be admitted entrance into the stadium without proper uniform.

General Work Rules

  1. All Group members must abide by Sportservice and Busch Stadium work rules, located in the Fundraiser Concession Stand Manual. The Manuals are provided to each Fundraiser Group Leader via e-mail. All members of the Group will be required to attend a three-hour Sportservice orientation class, including alcohol beverage training and follow specific operational directives given by the Sportservice General Manager and all Sportservice designated supervisors. Volunteers who have not attended orientation may not be allowed to work.
  1. Fundraising Group Members who where trained in this ball parkare required to attend the “veterans training”.
  1. Violation of any of the Sportservice or Busch Stadium work rules or any of the terms and conditions of this agreement by any Group member may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement.
  1. During the event, a Sportservice Stand Manager will supervise each Group (unless designated otherwise). The Stand Manager will oversee the operation including assigned duties, preparing cash pick-ups, explaining equipment and operational procedures, ordering additional stock during the event, conducting pre- and post-event inventories with Group representative and completing the stand report, and supervising clean-up duties.
  1. The Group will sell only products supplied by Sportservice. The Group is prohibited from bringing into its stand any food and beverage products or any paper or plastic products or cups of any kind.
  1. Group members may not: Disassemble or attempt to repair any equipmentChange CO2 tanks or adjust valve pressure.
  1. Group members shall take reasonable care in the use of premises, equipment, product, and any other items furnished by Sportservice. The Group agrees to indemnify and hold Sportservice its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims of injury and damages resulting from or arising out of the Group's concession operations performed hereunder.
  1. All Group representatives volunteering in the stand during the event must be at least 21 years old.

  1. The Group may not solicit tips/donations from the guests at Busch Stadium.
  1. NO TIP CUPS ARE ALLOWED IN SIGHT OF GUESTS.
  1. The Group and all Group members are considered agents of Sportservice by virtue of this Agreement and shall not be deemed, for any purposes whatsoever, to be employees of Sportservice. The Group and its members will not receive compensation for their services, except payment of donations as set forth above.
  1. Sportservice reserves the right to request termination or suspension of any Group member who, in the judgement of Sportservice, does not represent the best interests of Sportservice and Busch Stadium with respect to the successful and professional operation of concession activities.
  1. Sportservice is an equal opportunity company and does not discriminate against any groups or guests served on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, handicap, national origin or ancestry. Sportservice reserves the right to terminate this Agreement in the event that the Group in any way violates this equal opportunity policy, including with respect to service of customers.
  1. Volunteers must report sober and free from the influence of illegal drugs and alcohol, and they must remain in that condition while on the premises, in order to protect themselves, customers, Company property and others.
  1. Volunteers are not eligible to receive promotional items offered by the Company or its respective clients.
  1. This agreement is terminable at any time by either party in its sole discretion, by delivering written notice of its election to terminate. Violations of these rules and regulations will result in immediate termination of this agreement.
  1. The Group shall be responsible for providing appropriate insurance coverage for itself and its members.
