Fun Lunch Program

On-line Registration & ordering will begin: September 18, 2013

How:

  1. Go to: lochside.hotlunches.net
  2. Click the "REGISTER"menu at the top right hand corner to sign up. Our school code is: LSHL
  3. Enter your name, email address and phone, then a user id that you will use for access to the hot lunches application. Enter a password and then enter it again to verify that it is correct.
  4. Once registered, you will be logged into the website
  5. Please add your students by clicking on the "STUDENTS" button below or the "PROFILE" menu tab in order to proceed. Once your students have been added to the system you will be able to place lunch orders immediately by clicking the "Order" button below each child's name.
  6. You may then add another child on.

IT’S THAT EASY!

As in past years, you may place an order for any or all lunch dates, and paper order forms will still be accepted. A supply of paper forms is also available outside the office. We encourage you to use the online form as this will stream line the process.

For now you must submit a cheque or cash directly to the school. We ask that you still input your order online and simply print out a ‘Remittance Form’. Then send it to the school, along with a single cheque payable to LEPAC or Cash, in a sealed envelope. All orders and cheques /cash must be received by 7 days before the Fun Lunch date so that order can be processed on time.

PUT THE REMITTANCE FORM AND CHEQUE/ CASH IN A SEALED ENVELOPE. Return it to your classroom teacher. Do NOT drop it off at the office.

PLEASE SIGN CONSENT FORM AND RETURN IT TOO.

Deadline to order for the first lunch this term is October 10th. Typically the last day to order if one week before the Fun Lunch date.

FUN LUNCH CONSENT FORM 2013/2014

In the past, there has been miscommunication whereby ultimately an order was not placed and no lunch was sent by parents. Trying to reach parents during a busy lunch period is difficult. As such, this year we are providing a form for a pre-authorization form. THIS IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE ON-LINE REGISTRATION. YOU NEED TO REGISTER ON-LINE.

In the event your child did not receive a Fun Lunch order (e.g. forgot to register) AND YOU WANT your child to have a Fun Lunch, Please fill out a form for each child.
