BOOKING CONDITIONS:please read these booking conditions carefully.

By paying your deposit, we understand you have read & accepted these conditions.

DEPOSIT: Anon-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required by 24FEB 2017 to secure the 20% discount price.
A 2nd deposit of $1000 will be required by 26 May 2017.
CLOSE OFF: Bookings for this Tour will be closed on 26 October 2017or earlier if Tour fills prior to this date.

FINALPAYMENT: will be due on or before 26 October 2017.

LATE BOOKINGS: Any bookings made after 26 May 2017will require a non-refundable $1500 deposit.

CANCELLATION: of your confirmed arrangements after 26 May will result in 100% of deposits charged and if within 60 days of departure up to 100% of all monies paid may be charged by Resorts & Airlines. We therefore strongly recommend you take out adequate travel insurance against cancellation when paying your deposit.

TOUR COSTS: Costs for this Tour are shown in New Zealand dollars.

NOT INCLUDED: Airfares, Travel Insurance, ski hire, laundry and any items of a personal nature.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We consider Travel Insurance a pre requisite when skiing overseas, this should be taken out at the time you pay the deposit. If you do not have cover please contact our office for details.

PASSPORTS: A valid machine readable passport is required for all persons. If you are NOT travelling on a NZ passport please contact our office to check on any visa requirements. It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to ensure you are in possession of the necessary documentation.
