FROM THE MASTER:
- February has been a great month so far for the Lodge. First of all, I would like to wish all of you and your significant other a very Happy Valentines. Also, congratulations to Bro. Sean DeWoody who has been raised to Master Mason during a courtesy degree by Lodge Le Progres de l'Oceanie and to our youngest Master Mason, Bro Tito Cosejo Jr.
- The next few months we have two more 3rd Degrees conferrals and I would encourage the brethren to come out and see our officers at work.
FROM THE SENIOR WARDEN:
- We've been hard at work practicing for our upcoming degrees this year! I'd like to encourage our brethren to attend lodge as much as possible and support our brothers as they progress in their Masonic journeys, as far as your cable tow can allow.
- Thank you to everyone who made it out to support our brethren at the Great Aloha Run. Masonic outreach is very important for giving back to our community, and by doing high visibility events like these, we can show the community how Masonry is beneficial.
- Do you have an idea on how to make our lodge dinners, meetings, or fellowship better for you or your fellow brethren? I would love to hear it! Please come see me and let me know how we can make YOUR lodge the best it can be. I've received some great suggestions already, including one for a 3-month look-ahead calendar for upcoming events, which I'll be incorporating into future calendars.
UPCOMING EVENTS:
- Please keep in mind that the 2015 Annual Communications & Events for the Grand Lodge of Hawaii will be held on April 16, 17, and 18 in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island, at the Waikoloa Marriott Resort. This will be the outgoing ANCOM for our Grand Master (and Hawaiian Lodge Past Master) Rick Huston.
