If you arrange to change dates with someone, please make sure that I am notified. Laurel Robinson, Doug Porcina, Geln Green, Charles Dent are not on the schedule. If anyone of you have a speaker please let me know and I will arrange a date.

  1. If you let me know who your presenter is and the topic of their presentation, we can share this with Heather who will incorporate it into the Newsletter.
  2. Finally, I would ask that you ensure that: 1) the presenter is informed that they have 7 – 8 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions 2) that you make the introduction of your Program speaker and 3) that you ask a fellow member to issue the “thanks” and present the gift from our Club.
  3. This time requirement must be REINFORCED to each and every Rotarian if the President has any chance of finishing on time. They are advised of this requirement when I remind them about a month prior to their date and also during the actually meeting of their presentation. (Duane, sometimes I was successful here, sometimes not!)
