My dear Ravindra,

Good wishes, I have very recently posted one letter to you giving childrens` academic progress report and also the details of sponsored expenses incurred so far. Raw

materials for construction of the school shed is being collected. A place for school suitable from all angles is still to be decided. The agricultural lands have since become vacant. I will now put the school tin shed at a suitable place as decided by the community. Final examination will start by end this month and school closed for summer session during June 04. I will submit the AnnualProgress Report accordingly.

It comes before us that the tin shed without wall will not withstand because of windsand thunder which are natural in the area.Instead the tin sheets would be thrown out in heavy winds-- it would become useless because of heavy holes in it. If the sheets are put without wall, it may be broken in the winds. So walls are necessary. The cost of cement and steelboth have gone much high. We are going to complete the shed as sponsored. However we would request you to consider the feasibility of sponsoring wall expenses also.

The amount received from youcovered period ending Feb 04. We have not heard anything further about the sponsored recurring expenses. It is being however anyhow managed. Kindly let me know the present position for our information. We have been asked here to submit our details of proposed expenses directly. I do not know the period of sponsorship. However,as seen in practice, it covers about 3 to 4 years period.

I further submit that the strength of the students would increase in our Sansthan. New session would start from July 04. I propose to start 6thclass also and gradually increase up to 8th class within 2 years period. The strength of the school would be around 100. Three more teachers would be necessary.

Besides, one cutting and tailoringcentre for young girls and also for the womens in the community is much in demand. To have self dependency we can start HoneyBeeCenter. The details of proposed expenses are as under:-

a> Books and other necessities for 100 students@ 700/-p.a. = 70,000/-

b> Tour atleast twice in a year for 2 to 3 days @150 per child = 15,000/-

c> Medicine/physician help in emergent cases = 5,000/-

d> Clothes woollen or otherwise to most needy students = 7,000/-

e> Playing/recreational material = 5,000/-

f> Small childrens library = 8,000/-

g> One hand pump for new location = 4,500/-

h> Co-ordinator honourarium @ 3000x12 = 36,000/-

j> 5 Teachers salary @ 1500x5x12 = 90,000/-

k> Honey Bee boxes 20 Nos @ 3000 per box = 60,000/-

l> Cutting and tailoring centre 1 number = 20,000/-

m> Bricks 25000@ 1400,cement 100 bags,Morang two trolly @ 1500/- per

trolly, (cement @ 165/- per bag), labout charges @ 200 per thousand bricks =

60,000/-

n> One bath room, urinal and toilet for girls atleast = 30,000/-

Thanking you and all the well wishers there,

Yours sincerely

Brajendra Bhai
