Counsel,

I am filing a Supplement to my Motion for Limited Intervention in this case to reflect several new developments, one of which is the sister case granting my similar motion for Intervention, and listing me as a named Defendant in that case.

My motion, notice, verification, & certificate of service (the attached PDF file) is only eleven (11) pages long, so it's a short read. The judges chamber and the Civil Division clerk have both confirmed receipt of my FedEx delivery, so it should be available on docket soon. But you may also download text-searchable copies of most or all filings at the links below.

Additionally, for your convenience, you can peruse the “from and to” lines in the email header, to get all the current service email addresses, as I notice that there have been some updated contact information for several parties, and you can see my Service List to reflect at least one change of address of one party's attorney, plus I found *numerous* Scrivener's Errors, as reflected in my 11-page filing, attached hereto.

Let me remind everyone that there is a CASE MANAGEMENT CALL in Court Room 1105, before Hon. Patrice Munzel Ball-Reed, Associate Judge, CIVIL DIVISION, in this Housing/Code case, at 11:00am CST, today (Thursday, 31 August 2017). Here is the Court's docket to verify:

Additionally, according to the docket, the related LAW DIVISION case, is not dead as some have said: It is pending on motion for reconsideration, and I may file something in that case, as well:

For your reference, this code violation case is the one which was featured in no less than six (6) recent DNAinfo stories:

(“'Rotted' Historic Building In Old Town Triangle Could Be Seized By City,” by Ted Cox, DNAinfo, March 30, 2017 COMMENTS; and: “'Rotted' Old Town Triangle House Owner Faces Daily $1K Fine As Charges Fly,” by Ted Cox, DNAinfo, April 07, 2017 COMMENTS; and: “'Rotted' Old Town House Slated For Repairs As Fines Threatened Again,” by Ted Cox, DNAinfo, April 28, 2017 COMMENTS; and: “Owner Of 'Rotted' Old Town Home Threatened With $150,000 Fine,” by Ted Cox, DNAinfo, July 07, 2017 COMMENTS; and: “Owner Of 'Rotted' Old Town House Faces 'Significant Fines,' City Says,” by Ted Cox, DNAinfo, July 13, 2017 COMMENTS; and: “'Rotted' Old Town House Cleared For Repairs,” by Ted Cox, DNAinfo, July 20, 2017 COMMENTS)

—and several related stories by The Register, for which I am the editor-in-chief.

For your convenience, you can also pick up your copies of the all the key filings in the above-captioned case, here:

or here:

or, as listed in front-page news of The Register.

Both the Housing and Law Division filings are docketed on The Register's docket above. You may also wait for the hard copies, which are in the mail to you. Should you lose these links, above, my open-source docket is still linked through the front-page news item in question, on The Register, my namesake blogs.

"First, they [Nazis] came for the Jews. I was silent. I was not a Jew. Then they came for the Communists. I was silent. I was not a Communist. Then they came for the trade unionists. I was silent. I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for me. There was no one left to speak for me."(Martin Niemöller, given credit for a quotation in The Harper Religious and Inspirational Quotation Companion, ed. Margaret Pepper(New York: Harper &Row, 1989), 429 -as cited on page 44, note 17,of Religious Cleansing in the American Republic, by Keith A. Fornier,Copyright 1993, by Liberty, Life, and Family Publications.
Some versions have Mr. Niemöller saying: "Then they came for the Catholics, and I didn't speak up, because I was a Protestant"; other versions have him saying that they came for Socialists, Industrialists, schools, the press,and/or the Church; however, it's certain he DID say SOMETHING like this. Actually, they may not have come for the Jews first, as it's more likely they came for the prisoners, mentally handicapped, &other so-called "inferiors" first -as historians tell us-so they could get "practiced up"; however, they did come for them -due to the silence of their neighbors -and due in part to their own silence. So: "Speak up now or forever hold your peace!"-GWW//
