In granting this sanction it is understood and agreed that USA Swimming
shall be free from any liabilities or claims or damages arising by reason of
injuries to anyone during the conduct of the event.

Facility: Indoor, 25 Yard Pool with separate dive well for warm-up/warm-down. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C (4). The water depth at the start end is 5 Feet and 3 ½ Feet at the turn end.
Parking: Cars need to park in the lots and not in the fire lane near the soccer fields.
Timing: Colorado Timing System with touch pads and buttons at the start end. There is an electronic scoreboard with a 6 lane read out. Volunteers may be needed to help time.
Rules: 2017 USA Swimming rules will govern the meet.
At a sanctioned competitive event, USA Swimming athlete members must be under the supervision of a USA Swimming member coach during warm-up, competition, and warm-down. The Meet Director or Meet Referee may assist the swimmer in making arrangements for such supervision, but it is the swimmer’s responsibility to make such arrangements prior to the start of the meet.
Any swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USA Swimming
member-coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must
start each race from within the water. When unaccompanied by a
member-coach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer’s
legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.”
The meet referee will be the final meet authority. The meet will be pre-
seeded, and all events are timed finals. All events will be seeded/run
fastest to slowest.
Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not
permitted in changing areas, rest rooms, or locker rooms. No Photography will be allowed from behind the starting blocks. Any Team Photographers or Media must report to the Meet Director or Meet Referee prior to being allowed access to the pool deck.
Operation of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pools, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials and/or spectators are present.
Deck changing is prohibited.
Eligibility: This meet is only open to STARS and UN-STARS swimmers holding a current USA Swimming membership. The swimmer's age as of October 7th, 2017 will determine their age group.
Entries: All entries will go thru our online system, Eric Eikenbary.
Entry Fees: $4.75 per event; $0.75 of each individual event will go to the CSI Support Fund. Pool surcharge will be $3.25 per swimmer.
Entry Maximum: Maximum of 300 yards per swimmer. No Exhibition Swimming allowed.
Deadline: Entries need to be submitted by Noon on Monday, October 2nd, 2017.
Warm-ups: CSI Warm-up Procedures will be observed.
Coaches will be responsible for monitoring their swimmers during the warm-up period. Starts may only be practiced with one way swimming. Dive well will also be available for warm-up and warm-down.
Concessions: No concessions will be available.
Awards: No awards will be given.
Meet Programs: Meet will be on Meet Mobile and posted at the pool.
Coaches/Officials: All coaches and uniformed officials must display their USA/CSI cards when
on deck. Current certification is mandatory. Coaches/Officials not in
compliance will not be allowed on deck.
Officials Meeting: 4:20 PM
Officials Uniform: White Polo shirts over Blue Skirts, Shorts, or Pants, and White Shoes.
*Officiating Trainees: are welcome at this meet. Check in with Meet Referee at the designated officials meetings for the sessions in which you plan to participate.
