HOW DO I PAY FOR LUNCH AT TOTINO-GRACE?

1.  Personal checks made payable to Taher for the desired amount. Please note student(s) name(s) and lunch pin on the memo line or envelope. Your student’s lunch pin is on the materials you received at Eagle Round-up.

2.  Remit cash at the point-of-sale when school is in session.

3.  Receive a family key from Wordware; fill your student account with funds with a major credit card. Please note that Wordware charges a 4% processing fee on credit cards.

a.  No family key – contact Theresa Cardinal via email at and she will send you one.

b.  Call the office at 763-571-9116 ext. 757; we will return your call as soon as possible. E-mail is best during summer as it is checked regularly until school is back in session.

*Please note cash or check payments can be made after hours to our secure lock-box in the Commons. The grey box is marked (on the wall) by the servery windows. Please ensure students name(s) and pin are on the check or envelope.

We check payments as time allows throughout the school day.

HOW ARE PAYMENTS APPLIED

1.  Once a payment is entered into our point-of-sale system, it will take 24 hours to process and show as available funds on your family account. Wordware updates credit card payments at a set time each night to our system. If you get a negative balance e-mail or phone call and you know you have submitted payment, please check with your student first to ensure payment was made to Taher. You can disregard the message if that is the case.

2.  Funds submitted (cash or check) will immediately show in the student account as available funds at our point-of-sale system and will update overnight for the parent to view online the following business day through your Wordware account. Students can check with cashiers by entering their pin number to check available funds.

LUNCH PRICING/MENUS

Lunch price lists can be found on the website on the Current Families – Food Service Page. Items are also marked in the servery and additional signage and price lists are posted by the servery windows. Our staff is always available for questions. Our monthly menu is also on the web for your convenience. Please note: TG is NOT part of the National School Lunch program and we are not subsidized by any entity concerning school lunch costs. We are on a federal program for milk and are therefore able to offer milk at $0.15 per 8 oz. carton. The majority of our menu items are prepared in-house, fresh daily by our Chef and Food Service team. Our goal is to bring a variety of kid-friendly, healthful choices to our hot lunch line every day.

WHERE DO I FIND MY STUDENT PIN?

It is located in the materials your student received at Eagle Round-up. Additionally, we can look it up at the register or in the back office. Parents can e-mail or call or contact Theresa Cardinal at 763-571-9116 ext. 757.

HOW DO I GET A WORDWARE FAMILY KEY?

New freshman and transfer student will be e-mailed a key based on the e-mail provided to the school upon entrance. If you have not received a key, please contact Theresa Cardinal via e-mail or call 763-571-9116 ext. 757. If you are a returning student and don’t have a key contact Theresa Cardinal as well.

WHAT IS A FAMILY ACCOUNT?

All students in the same family will be treated as a family account. Deposits made to a family account are shared amongst the family members. If there is a need to change this or concerns regarding student accounts, please contact Theresa Cardinal via e-mail or call 763-571-9116 ext. 757.

HOW DO I REVIEW MY STUDENT PURCHASES?

Once you set-up a Wordware account (even if you don’t load funds by a credit card), you can view any and all student purchases daily in your family account. Please talk to your student about setting an appropriate spending limit weekly. The price list will be updated and posted to the Food Service web page prior to the start of the school year.
