Sick Absence
Thank you for your Freedom of Information Act e-mail sent on 22 February 2010 to the Cabinet Office requesting the following information:
Please provide the number of days lost to sickness by staff at the
Prime Ministers Office, where stress or depression was recorded as
the reason in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 (so far).
Where possible, it would be ideal to have the figures broken down
into each month, or quarter for each year.
The Prime Minister’s Office is part of the Cabinet Office and absence statistics are published on the Cabinet Office website at:
http://www.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/reports/absence.aspx
Please note that the category “mental disorders” includes stress related illnesses.
