1 - Does your organisation have a contract or contracts with Locala

Community Interest Company?

Response :

Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust has a Service level agreement with LOCALA

2 - If so please identify the contracts and there extent.

Response:

Locala provide the following services for Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust

Occupational Therapy inpatients at DDH

Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) at DDH

Podiatry

3 - The value of each contract.

Response:

The Service Level agreement values are as below

Occupational Therapy – £545,076

SALT – £223,800

Podiatry – £20,400

4 - When each contract was placed.

Response: SLA commenced in 2002 as part of the Business Transfer Arrangements

5 - The duration of each contract.

Response: The Service Level Agreement is reviewed on an annual basis with LOCALA

6 - If each contract was put out to tender.

Response:

The Service Level Agreement formed part of the Business Transfer Agreement. Mid Yorkshire has served notice on the agreement and intends to bring these services into Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust this financial year.

7 - The other organisations that tendered.

existing contract ends.
