Dear Mr Sheik

Freedom of Information Act 2000

Request for Information

I am writing in respect of your request, dated 2 January 2011, for information held by the Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act

Please find the information you requested attached.

The information is largely self-explanatory. However the following details should be noted:

the “Max Permits” column indicates the actual number of parking spaces physically available;

the “Total Permits” number includes those permits re-issued to residents when they change their vehicles. In zone A for example these number 64, 65 and 81 respectively for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 and should therefore be deducted from the totals given for those years when comparing the number of permits in circulation with the number of parking bays available; in your particular area of interest the deductions for the same periods being 6, 8 and 11 (Gladstone Rd), 11, 7 and 10 (Hurst Rd), 1, 1, and 1 (Nightingale Rd).

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You are free to use it for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any other re-use, for example commercial publication, would require the permission of the copyright holder. Most documents supplied by the Council will be copyright of Horsham District Council. If you wish to re-use the information supplied for any other purpose you will need to make a written application to the relevant Department of the Council or author of the material concerned.

Any information which you receive which is not subject to Horsham District Council copyright continues to be protected by the copyright of the person, or organisation, from which the information originated. You must ensure that you gain their permission before reproducing any third party (non HDC) information.
