  1. Foster participation and inclusiveness of all members of the Association.
Objectives:
  1. Continue to enhance Directors’ meetings to include training, innovative topics and small group discussions.
  2. Explore ways to establish broader means of web-based communication among membership.
  3. Continue to celebrate VCCJA Day each September with regional activities during Probation, Parole and Community and Pretrial Supervision week and to submit Proclamation Request to DCJS by February 2012.
  4. Distribute summary of Executive Committee meetings to the field.

A. Provide committee chairs with an outline of duties/responsibilities,
including fiscal guidelines, of VCCJA chairs.

VCCJA President 2 weeks prior to Quarterly Directors’ meetings.
C. Each committee will provide a committee charter, description,

5. A. Continue to support the Evidence Based Practices Committee as it helps guide the statewide implementation of legal and evidence-based practices for all CCCA and PSA programs.
