The position
Rabobank is looking for quantitative top talents to join Rabobank’s risk modelling team.

As a modelling team member you will gain an in-depth understanding of various risk management areas (stress testing, IFRS 9, credit management) and will become an expert in this field. By generating and sharing insights with the business, you will responsible for enablingstrategic and operationaldata-driven decision making. As Young Professional, you will start in the Credit Modelling department in Risk Management. The department is responsible for the quantitative development of models from start to finish, data quality checks, analyses to create a new model, discuss the results with stakeholders inside and outside the bank (expert users, senior management, and supervisors), correct implementation of the model in systems and regular monitoring of the model.

Your background

•Completed a Master or PhD in Econometrics/Mathematics/Physics or comparable

•A maximum of 2 years of experience

•Affinity with Finance and/or riskmanagement

•Interest in quantitative analyses and programming(i.e. Matlab, Python)

•Living in the Netherlands

•Your ambition is to play a key role in a dynamic environment in a large financial institution

What we offer
Intern>

The position is scaled in function group 7.

With regard to an appointment or transfer to this position, resulting from an internal application, the Collector Labour Agreement applies to all employees. In the event of classification in a higher salary scale, the monthly salary will be increased by 3%. If, after this increase, the monthly salary is still lower than the scale minimum of the new scale then the monthly salary will be raised to at least the scale minimum. In the event of classification in the current salary scale, the monthly salary will remain unaltered.
