REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT; PROPERTY DAMAGE:

After review by the Forever Farms Ohio coordinator, (including a day after event check for additional damage) the $250.00 security/damage deposit will only be refunded if the rental checkout list has been satisfied, there are no damages to the building and its grounds, and if Renter has used the facility for the time stated in the contract. Damages, cleaning/and/or additional time costs will be withheld from the security deposit. If damage to the property exceeds the amount of the security/damage deposit, CLIENT agrees to pay for, or replace, any object that is destroyed, damaged, or stolen during the event. Such payment or replacement must be made immediately upon receipt of notification from Forever Farms Ohio.

Wedding Rehearsal If you are having the ceremony on site rehearsals must be scheduled in advance with Forever Farms Coordinator to avoid interrupting other events and disrupting Forever Blueberry Barn LLCs Farm production.

Decoration Services.Forever Farms LLC can be hired to decorate the venue for your event. Please see the Decorations Page for a list of available decorations and services. If you are decorating yourself or an outside decorator is being used the “Decoration Guidelines” must be followed.

MusicandEntertainment.Theproximityoflocal residencestoForever Farms Ohio LLCis suchthat venuesounds,specificallysoundrelated tomusic,mustbekeptbelowcertain levels. Music must remain within the property limits at all times.

CancellationPolicy. In theunlikelyeventtheCLIENTshouldcancel alldepositsare nonrefundable.Intheeventofacancellation,ifForever Farms Ohio LLCis ableto rebooka comparableeventonthescheduleddatealloraportionoftheseconddepositmaybe refunded.Forever Farms Ohio LLCshallhavetherighttoterminatethiscontractifthe CLIENTfailstomeetor violatesanytermsofthecontract,inwhich casetheprovisions ofthiscancellationpolicyalsoapply.TheCLIENTshallnot assignorsub-leaseany terms,conditionsorservicescontainedinthiscontractor anyinterestthereinwithoutthe writtenconsentofForever Farms Ohio LLC.

AlcoholicBeverages.Asthehostofaprivateparty,theCLIENTacknowledges responsibilityfortheproperandlawfulconsumptionofalcoholicbeveragesatForever Blueberry Barn LLCs Farmduringthedurationoftheeventdescribedinthiscontract. CLIENT agrees and warrants that there shall be NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY PERSONS UNDER AGE 21. CLIENT agrees to refuse to allow alcohol to be served to, or consumed by, any person who is visibly intoxicated or under 21 years of age. CLIENT shall monitor all service, if any, of alcohol and specifically acknowledges that Renter is solely liable for the consumption of any alcohol by any person on the Premises and that such liability shall extend to any aspect regarding the consumption of alcohol. Forever Farms Staff may ask guests for identification to verify age and reserves the right to ask to the entire party to leave if (1) a minor is consuming alcohol; (2) an adult is providing alcohol to a minor; or (3) a guest or guests appears intoxicated and refuses to leave the Premises.

ResponsibilityandSecurity.Forever Farms Ohio LLCand Forever Blueberry Barn LLC doesnot accept any responsibilityfor damagetoorlossofanyarticlesorpropertyleft atForever Blueberry Barn LLCs Farmpriorto,duringoraftertheevent.TheCLIENTagreestoberesponsibleforanydamagedonetoForever Blueberry Barn LLCs FarmbytheCLIENT,hisguests,invitees,employeesorotheragentsundertheCLIENT’scontrol.Further, Forever Blueberry Barn LLC shallnotbeliableforanyloss,damageorinjuryof anykindorcharactertoanypersonorpropertycausedbyorarisingfromanyactoromissionoftheCLIENT,oranyofhisguests,invitees,employeesorotheragents fromanyaccidentor causalityoccasionedbythefailureof theCLIENTtomaintainthepremisesinasafe conditionorarisingfromanyother cause. TheCLIENT,asamaterialpartoftheconsiderationofthisagreement,herebywaivesonitsbehalfall claimsand demandsagainstForever Farms Ohio LLC and Forever Blueberry Barn LLCforanysuchloss,damage,orinjuryoftheCLIENT,andherebyagreestoindemnifyandholdForever Farms Ohio LLCand Forever Blueberry Barn LLC free andharmlessfromall liabilityforanysuchloss,damageorinjurytootherpersons,andfromallcosts andexpensesarisingtherefrom.

Event Insurance.CLIENT must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to the event. This insurance certificate must explicitly state the following conditions:

A. $1,000,000 Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Limits;

B. $1,000,000 Host Liquor Liability must be specifically included in the above coverage;

C. Forever Blueberry Barn LLC must be named as additional insured.

ContractSignature.ThiscontractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenForever Farms Ohio LLCandtheCLIENTandbecomesbindinguponbothpartieswhensigned.
