Scholarship Application

Dear Applicant:

The attached application is for the Ford-Iroquois Farm Bureau Foundation General Scholarship and the Skog Family Trust Memorial Scholarship. Several general scholarships will be offered along with one renewable $1,000 Skog Family Trust Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship, upon proper documentation, may be renewed for an additional three years.

To be eligible for consideration, an applicant must:

·  Be a High School Senior graduating in 2015

·  Be a member or a child of a member of the Ford-Iroquois Farm Bureau

·  Plan to enroll at a post secondary school to study in an agriculture related field

·  Exhibit potential for successful completion of course of study

·  Be a resident of Illinois

·  Submit completed application and official High School transcript

The guidelines for awarding the scholarships are:

·  Career objectives

·  Field of study

·  Academic performance

·  Interest in agriculture and agribusiness

·  Leadership
