CHANGES OF PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS - 4
FOR THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT JN-B0773
The Contracting Authority has changed the procurement documents, as follows:
I.
Item B.2.2 - on page 13 – Table 2 - in the field Matrox it has been added *,
under the table the following text has been added:
*Since this is proprietary codec which require Matrox hardware, the Contracting Authority allows using of external transcoder. The workaround must be completely automated, transparent and must maintain the integrity of others workflows.
II.
Item 4.2.7 Statement of the manufacturer regarding the warranty and after warranty support obligations
Instead of:
In case manufacturer is not the Bidder of the offered equipment, the “Statement of the manufacturer (or the Statements of the manufacturers) regarding obligations in the warranty period and obligations in the after warranty period” is/are to be attached in the bid documentation.
Now read correctly:
In case manufacturer is not the Bidder of the offered equipment, the “Statement of the manufacturer (or the Statements of the manufacturers) regarding obligations in the warranty period and obligations in the after warranty period”0 is/are to be attached in the bid documentation.
This statement is not required for: computer network equipment (data switches and routers, connection cables and other small equipment) and general purpose IT servers (that are part of the system infrastructure).
