Summer Nutrition Services Program

WHO: / Kennewick School DistrictWHAT: / Summer Nutrition Services Program - breakfast and lunch served at no cost to children younger than 19 years of age.

WHEN: / The programs plan to operate as indicated below (subject to change based on participation). All sites will be closed to observe Independence Day on July 4th, 5th and 6th with the exception of programs at the Kennewick Activities Center and at Canyon View, Hawthorne and Vista which will be closed on July 4th only.
WHY: / The Summer Nutrition Services Program is a federally funded food assistance program that provides meals at no charge to children younger than 19 years of age. All meals are available without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, age, disability, political beliefs, sexual orientation, or marital or family status. (Not all prohibited bases apply to all programs.) Persons with disabilities who require alternative means for communication of program information should contact Cathy Albertson, 622 N Kellogg St., Kennewick, WA 99336.
Canyon View Elementary School, 1229 W. 22nd Pl.
Dates: Every Monday - Friday between June 11 and August 24
Times: Breakfast (8:00 – 8:30 A.M.) and Lunch (11:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.)
Eastgate Elementary School, 910 E. 10th Ave.
Dates: Every Monday - Friday between June 13 and July 13
Times: Breakfast (8:00 – 8:30 A.M.) and Lunch (11:00 A.M. - 11:30 A.M.)
Edison Elementary School, 201 S. Dawes
Dates: Every Monday - Friday between June 13 and July 13
