To ensure timely supply of the equipments, standard charges as above will be provided for the exhibitors who submit applications before 17:30, August 29th, 2016. For the applicants during August 29th and 17:30, September 4th, 2016, a 30% surcharge will be requested, and for those after September 4th, a 50% surcharge. Please go through relevant procedures at the on-site Customer Service Center. Due to the limited supply of exhibition equipment, the principle of first come, first serve will be followed, namely, priority will be given to those exhibitors that have made reservations. (For those exhibitors that have made reservations, please pay the charges within 3 days upon receiving our feedback. Otherwise, his or her reservations will be deemed as invalid, and a new round of application shall be made. )
