- Approved by the AAREMS REMAC January 21, 2016 -

The “ALS Procedure and CME record” forms will no longer be sent to the Regional office, and record keeping will be on a yearly, not a six-month basis. Each ALS agency will be responsible for maintaining these records for their personnel, and will make them available on request of the REMAC. Where a TEK is a member of more than one agency, the one at which the greater time is spent (the primary agency) shall be responsible for the records, unless there is a mutually agreed-on arrangement otherwise. Each ALS agency will forward a document to AAREMS at the end of the year, with names, EMT numbers and TEK numbers of their personnel, attesting that they have completed these requirements.
